Ordering a Class Ring from Balfour

Graduation Rose Ceremony
As part of the traditional ceremony of GCCS graduation, six roses will be reserved for each graduate who may give them out according to his or her preference. Graduates may also purchase additional roses of acknowledgement for $3 each from Traci Todd at The Dandelion Flowers and Events (formerly Rags and Riches). Orders will need to be paid for by phone, card, or in person prior to graduation to guarantee their presentation.

Glascock County Consolidated School is located in the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA) region of Georgia in the city of Gibson. Glascock County is the 8th smallest school district in Georgia, serving approximately 600 students in one building. GCCS ranks 3rd in the CSRA in College and Career Readiness Performance Index (CCRPI) Scores and ranks 8th out of the 180 school districts in Georgia for the highest percentage of students enrolled in dual enrollment coursework.
